At the site, on a single 2 X 8 board, a worker was standing while tearing off siding from the exterior of a townhome, exposing the worker to fall hazards greater than ten feet.

At the site, a worker was standing on a single 2 X 8 board without any fall protection, while tearing off exterior siding from a townhome, exposing the worker to fall hazards greater than ten feet.
