29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2):     Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident:  (a) Electrical Room:  A circuit breaker box was not labeled to indicate what each breaker inside was connected to or marked with a blue print designation number as was done with the other breaker boxes in the room as was observed on July 9, 2012.
