29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):  Programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers:    a)  Beyond Roofing, Inc. at 1303 Sumac Avenue, Boulder, CO 80304:  On or before July 14, 2012, the employer did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person designated by the employer.  Condition exposed roofing subcontractor employees to fall hazards of up to 20 feet.
