29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: a. On or about August 6, 2012, the employee using a JLG scissor lift to install out lookers climbed the guardrails of the lift into the rafters, exposing himself to a 29 feet fall hazard. Abatement Certification and Documentation are not required
