29 CFR 1910.24(f):     Rise height and tread width were not uniform throughout any flight of stairs including any foundation structure used as one or more treads of the stairs:        At the establishment - At the chemical loading area,  the risers were not uniform in height.  The stairs measured at 12 inches, 9 inches and 8 inches.  The stairs used by employees created a trip hazard, on or about 7/10/12.
