29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace:    Powers Products Company, at 5920 Longbow Drive, Boulder, CO: On or about 4/30/12 Powers Products Company did not maintain copies of the material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace.  Employees applied Camger Coatings Systems Inc "Clear Additive Free 2K Acrylic" and "Clear Weatherseal Cure" to the Kalwall of Building 4 on 4/30/12.  The employer did not ensure that the MSDS's for Camger Coatings Systems Inc "Clear Additive Free 2K Acrylic" and "Clear Xylene QD Enamel Reducer" were available to the workers onsite.  This condition exposed employees to a chemical hazard.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(10):  The employer did not ensure that, in all cases, the required information was provided for each hazardous chemical, and was readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s):    Powers Products Company, at 5920 Longbow Drive, Boulder, CO: On or about 7/1/12 Powers Products Company did not ensure that, in all cases, the required information was provided for each hazardous chemical, and was readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s).  Employees applied Camger Coatings Systems Inc "Clear Additive Free 2K Acrylic" and "Clear Weatherseal Cure" to the Kalwall of Building 4 on 7/1/12.  The MSDS's for Camger Coatings Systems Inc "Clear Additive Free 2K Acrylic" and "Clear Xylene QD Enamel Reducer" were incomplete.  This condition potentially exposed employees to a chemical hazard.
