29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):     a)  Roof Check, Inc. at 4545 South Monoco Unit 332, Denver, CO 80237:  On or before July 28, 2012, the employer did not ensure that employees were using fall protection when shingling this residential roof with a 8 in 12 pitch.    Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 12 feet 3 inches.    Roof Check, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent, 29 CFR 501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313420176, citation number 2, item 2, issued September 15, 2010 and became a final order on November 9, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 15317 E. 101st PL, Commerce City, CO 80013.
