29 CFR 1910.106(d)(2)(i):     Approved containers and portable tanks were not used to store flammable or combustible liquids:    a) Screen Room - American Labelmark Company dba Labelmaster did not ensure that an in-plant container used for Nova Pressroom Products LLC SP-119 VOC Exempt MRC/Fast Dry Wash (contains 2-Butoxyethanol) was approved for storage of flammable liquids.  A plastic tub container that originally contained SAATIchem Remove HR3, a non-flammable paste, was used to store the SP-119 VOC Exempt MRC/Fast Dry Wash, a category 2 flammable liquid.     b) Manufacturing (Press Room) - American Labelmark Company dba Labelmaster did not ensure that in-plant containers used for Interstate Chemical Company Intersol 82, 200 Proof (contains Denatured Ethyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Alcohol, and Methyl Isobutyl Ketone) were approved for storage of flammable liquids.  Plastic tub containers were used to store the Intersol 82, 200 Proof, a category 2 flammable liquid.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.  This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
