29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification:    a) Venice Island, Sewer Basin Project - A Tri-plex type wiring assembly was not installed according to its listing/labeling.  The cable assembly was run from a temporary distribution panel, along a temporary cyclone fence, then into a temporary site trailer.  The assembly is not approved for this purpose.  Observed 7/24/2012.      Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
