On or about 05/25/12, at the mechanic shop, Sea Star, Puerto Nuevo:  Employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials such as Brake Part Cleaner, Antifreeze/Coolant and other fluids and oils used and/or handled during the heavy equipment maintenance repairs. Suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not working properly within the work area for immediate emergency use.     NOTE:   Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection
