29 CFR 1910.265(c)(18)(i): Construction, operation, and maintenance of conveyors was not in accordance with American National Standard B20.1-1957, Section 804(b): Any parts showing signs of wear were not watched carefully and replaced as soon as there was any indication of excessive wear:  (a) Lower sawmill, block/stick conveyor;  A 30-inch wide conveyor belt was damaged, which caught the clothing of an employee.  (b) Lower sawmill, long block conveyor; Damage on a 16 inch wide conveyor belt was not repaired. The missing section of conveyor belt was approximately 7 inches wide by 6-1/2 inches long.
