29 CFR 1910.119(j)(2): Written procedures.  The employer shall establish and implement written procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of process equipment.    Section 15970 of the Rochelle Foods writtten procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of process equipment had missing information/blanks for plant contact information; no specific reference to HAR Bulletin No. 110 insufficient directions on the number of ultrasonic testing points for uninsulated piping inspections; and insufficient instructions on the steps to follow for potential repairs or replacemnt of piping once the ultrasonic testing was completed.    Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903,19(c).
