29 CFR 1910.27(d)(1)(iv): Cages on fixed ladders did not extend down the ladder to a point not less than 7 feet nor more than 8 feet above the base of the ladder, with bottom flared not less than 4 inches, or portion of cage opposite ladder shall be carried to the base:  (a) Chippewa Valley Bean Company, Dryer and Grain/Bean Bin Area; Cages on fixed ladders did not extend down to a point not less than 7 feet nor more than 8 feet above the base of the ladder, such as, but not limited to:  (1) The Bean Dryer access ladder, and   (2) Grain/Bean Bin A access ladder, and   (3) Grain/Bean Bin B access ladder, and   (4) Grain/Bean Bin # 9 and 10 access ladder.
