29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph. Throughout the Building on Each Floor - Temporary lights with missing light bulbs were not located in such a manner to prevent accidental contact by employees exposing them to a potential electrical shock. A foreman, carpenters and laborers were working in the hallways where the temporary light strings with missing light bulbs were hanging approximately 5 feet above the floor.

Throughout the Building on Each Floor - Temporary lights were not protected from accidental contact or breakage. A foreman, carpenters and laborers were working in the hallways where the temporary light strings with missing protective covers and were hanging approximately 5 feet above the floor.
