29 CFR 1926.351(b)(4):   Welding cable(s) in use were in need of repair:      a) 250 Airport Rd., New Castle, DE - Employees engaged in welding activity were using a Lincoln Unit L11 Shield-Arc 250 Electric welder with a defective cable connection. This exposed employees to a fire hazard from overheating and melting insulation. This violation was observed on or about August 28, 2012.
