29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(iii):   The safety monitor shall be on the same walking/working surface and within visual sighting distance of the employee being monitored;    a) On or about 10-10-2012 on building #23390, the safety monitor for an employee working/walking on a 2.5/12 slope roof installing peel and stick, was not visible at the same working level exposing the employee to a 8-foot fall hazard to the next lower roof level.
