Townhouses Being Constructed / 2 Units: An employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 26 feet to the ground while walking and working from the rear top exterior plate during the installation of the twenty two 36 feet long wood trusses as determined on 10-12-12.    b. Townhouses Being Constructed Unit 2: Two employees were working and standing between the trusses and within 2 to 3 feet of the top plate.  Employees were exposed to falls of 8 feet to the interior and 26 feet to the exterior of the townhome while installing fire board between units 2 and 3 and were not protected from falls, as observed on 10-12-12.     ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM
