29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Except as required or permitted elsewhere in this subpart, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures. Site: 420 Clinton Avenue Brooklyn, NY On or about 10/22/12 a) Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazard due to exposure to live electricity. Electrical cabinet inside the Boiler was missing the cover. b) Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazard from exposed wires from the welding machine cord.
