29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(ii):     The employer did not establish and implement those elements of a written program necessary to ensure that any employee using a respirator voluntarily was medically able to use that respirator:    (a) Sign Shop: On or about 24 October 2012 and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that all the Sign Products, Inc. employees who wear a respirator, including but not limited to the tight fitting SAS Bandit model half face respirator and the 3M 6200 half face respirator, had been medically evaluated.

29 CFR 1910.242(b):     Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.:    (a) Sign Shop: On or about 24 October 2012 and at times prior, employees were exposed to the hazard of injecting air into their skin when using an air nozzle with air pressures greater than 100 p.s.i. to clean dust from equipment and themselves.
