29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about November 7, 2012, on the south side of the facility, an employee was replacing light bulbs from a vehicle-mounted and rotating work platform without a personal fall arrest system or body belt. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet.
