29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The Employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  a)  Forestry Equipment Maintenance & Repair LLC, Edison, NJ site  PSE&G Yard: A written Hazard Communication Program was not provided where employees are exposed to chemicals, including but not limited to the following chemicals: - Carbon monoxide gas from incomplete combustion of kerosene/diesel used in the Bullet Heater and/or gasoline used in the generator/compressor - Kerosene contained in approximately five (5) gallon tank container - Gasoline contained in approximately two (2) five (5) gallon gasoline dispenser obtained from gasoline stations such as, but not limited to Exxon, etc.   - Petroleum distillates, etc. contained in Valvoline Crimson grease cartridges  - Methanol, toluene, heptane, etc. contained in CRC non-chlorinated Brakleen -  etc.     Condition noted on/or about November 19, 2012.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2) and (3) on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced in the work area:  a) Forestry Equipment Maintenance & Repair LLC, Edison, NJ site  PSE&G Yard: Employees were not provided information/training on the handling of hazardous chemicals used within the facility.  Employees working chemicals such as, but not limited to the following: - Carbon monoxide gas from incomplete combustion of kerosene/diesel used in the Bullet Heater and/or gasoline used in the generator and/or compressor - Kerosene contained in approximately five (5) gallon tank container - Gasoline contained in approximately two (2) five (5) gallon gasoline dispenser obtained from gasoline stations such as, but not limited to Exxon, etc.   - Petroleum distillates, etc. contained in Valvoline Crimson grease cartridges  - Methanol, toluene, heptane, etc. contained in CRC non-chlorinated Brakleen - etc.   Condition noted on/or about November 27, 2012.
