29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):     One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by the ingoing nip points of the tension rollers and the  :    a) On or about 02/13/13 in the Treating Department area; the two interlock switches on the access doors of the infrared section of the Mueller oven were not functioning allowing the doors to be opened while material was being feed through the tension rollers exposing employees to caught between hazards.      b) On or about 02/13/13 in the Treating Department area; the two interlock switches on the access doors of the dryer section of the Mueller oven were not functioning allowing the doors to be opened while material was being feed through the tension rollers exposing employees to caught between hazards.     Abatement Certification Required
