Pulleys, that were seven (7) feet or less from the floor or working platform, were not guarded in accordance with the standards specified in paragraphs (m) and (o) of this section. 580 Fort Pond Road, Lancaster, MA On 12/12/12 and at times prior, employees were exposed to nip points of power transmission pulleys on four machines. Instance 1. Employees had access to the pulley nip point at the outflow end of the Skiver Machine. Instance 2. Employees had access to the multiple nip points on the multiple pulleys that powered the Multi-Head Drill Press Instance 3. Employees had access to the drive pulley nip points under the in-feed table of the Universal Rotary Slotter (Harper Slotter) Instance 4. Employees had access to the roller drive pulley nip points on three Sta-Warm Glue Pots.
