29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment:    On the day of the inspection an employee who was transferring chemicals from drums to tanks, in the fuel area using hoses, was not required to wear chemical splash goggles which would prevent chemicals from getting in their eyes; only glasses were utilized.

29 CFR 1910.151(c):  Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    On the day of the inspection no eyewash was available in the fuels area for use by  an employee who was transferring corrosive chemicals and solvents from drums to tanks.
