29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.    a) Chemical Storage Area: The employer failed to ensure that an eyewash and shower facility was available for employees that dispense and handle injurious materials such as, but not limited to, AP-1000 and Astro Clean ACP-10. Employees were exposed while performing sanitation activities to decontaminate surfaces, equipment and other articles contaminated with bacteria and other pathogens created by raw meat. No shower unit was available for exposed employees and existing eyewash was not accessible due to obstructions by a cart, a bucket and cords.
