29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):     The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s)    a)6 Barclay Court, Cherry Hill NJ: Employees were working on site, along with the subcontractor, who were walking the top plate of a second story framing while setting roof trusses.  The employees did not have any means of fall protection exposing them to falls of approximately 20 feet to the ground surface below.  Observed on or about 12/18/12.
