29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    On or about December 20, 2012, On the roof of a residence located at 2224 Decamp Point in El Paso, employees were working on the roof without any form of fall protection. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of 8 feet 3 inches to ground level.    BEST PLASTERING  WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CRF 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 307251678, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM 002, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 4, 2009, WITH RESPECT TO A WORK PLACE LOCATED AT 460 THUNDER BLUFF, EL PASO, TX 79927.
