29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system.    On or about  January 3, 2013, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that each employee working at elevated locations 6 feet or more above a lower level were protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    The Lone Star Roof Systems, LLC, Company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in Inspection Number: 311955769, Citation Number: 01, Item: 001, issued on: 04/10/2008, and was affirmed as a Final Order on 05/02/2008, with respect to a workplace located at: 9530 Broadway, Pearland, TX 77587.
