Location - 121 Dudley Road, Wayland, MA: On or about 12/26/2013, employees excavating under and existing home were not protected from possible structure collapse due to an inadequate support system of the existing home. or in the alternative: 29 CFR 1926.854(h): Walls, which serve as retaining walls to support earth or adjoining structures, shall not be demolished until such earth has been properly braced or adjoining structures have been properly underpinned.
