29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems.    a) Employees were exposed to fall hazards of 24 feet to the concrete floor below while working from the top of a roof removing and installing steel decking without fall protection    ALLSTATE ROOFING, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR1926.501(B)(10), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 312220321, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 02/05/2009 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1005 PENNSYLVANIA AVE. KANSAS CITY, MO 64108.
