29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):     One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    (a) In the bakery two hobart mixers were missing guards, exposing employees to rotating parts. The small guarded Hobart mixer is used more frequently.    Abatement certification is required for this item; use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii):     The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:    (a) In the Deli department panel boxes were partially blocked by storage of the used grease receptacle, new cooking oil, and carbon dioxide cylinder.     Abatement certification is required for this item; use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):     Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating  at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):    (a) Damaged receptacle boxes were damaged such that live parts could be accidentally contacted by an employee such as but not limited to the one noted in the meat depatment on the East wall near the meat Department manager's office door. This particular receptacle was coming out of the box.    Abatement certification is required for this item; use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose.
