29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed:    Kitchen Area: On or about August 17, 2012,  the employer did not ensure that areas beneath and around the restaurant equipment were adequately cleaned. Old food and mold was observed under and behind the food chiller and refrigerator area.
