Guam Reef Hotel, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 315681510, Citation Number 01, Item Number 005b, issued on 06/15/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1317 Pale San Vitores Road, Tumon Bay, Guam, which became final order on 07/03/2011.
