29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: On February 13, 2013 during construction activities the employer did not ensure a Traverse-Lift, model F-844 rough terrain forklift was specifically designed by the manufacturer to support a scaffold platform used by employees to brace a concrete block building stairway tower.
