29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) Jobsite, Beulah and McCrady Road, Church Hill Borough, Pittsburgh, PA: On or before 02/13/13, an employee was working from an elevated truck mounted STEL/LIFT I aerial lift, Serial Number 1083, without wearing a body belt or safety harness and lanyard attached to the basket. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet from the ground level.
