Premium Power Corporation, was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910. 147 (c) (4) (i) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 313767816, Citation Number 01, Item Number 5 b Issued 2/19/10 with respect to workplace located at 30 Manning Road, Billerica, MA 01821.
