29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about 2/20/13, at the above addressed jobsite, two employees applying stucco on a window frame located above an overhang roof were not protected from fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(8): Ladders placed in a location where they could be displaced by workplace activities or traffic, such as in passageways, doorways, or driveways, were not secured to prevent accidental displacement, nor was a barricade used to keep the activities or traffic away from the ladder:  On or about 2/20/13, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not ensure an extension ladder used by employees to apply caulking on a window frame located above an overhang roof was secured to prevent accidental displacement.
