29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:      a) 439 N. 13th Street - Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power lines of 13.2 kV and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the power lines by insulation or other means. An employee operating a Genie S-60 aerial lift came into physical contact with the unguarded power lines. Noted on or about 01/04/13.
