29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1):  Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o):    At the job site, 3210 S. US Highway 77, Junction City Kansas, employees were exposed to the following pulleys that were not guarded.         a.  Pulleys located at the Belt Roller Drive Line at the Receiviing Sorter were not guarded.  Employees were exposed to overhead ingoing nip points.         b.  Pulleys located on the upper level by Shipping Sorter 504S and 905S were not fully guarded by the metal covers.  Employees were exposed to ingoing nip points.

US Highway 77, Junction City Kansas, employees were exposed to the following horizontal drive belts that were not guarded.         a.  Upper drive belts located at the Recirculation Line at the Receiviing Sorter were not guarded.  Employees were exposed to overhead ingoing nip points.         b.  Drive belts located on the upper level by Shipping Sorter 504S and 905S were not fully guarded by the metal cover guards.  Employees were exposed to ingoing nip points.

29 CFR 1910.219(c)(2)(i):  All exposed part(s) of horizontal shafting seven (7) feet or less from floor or working platform were not protected by stationary casing(s) enclosing shafting completely or by trough(s) enclosing sides and top or sides and bottom of shafting:       At the job site, 3210 S. US Highway, Junciton City Kansas, employees were exposed to unguarded motor shafts at the Motor Drive for the Receiving Sorter.  Employees were exposed to amputation hazards from rotating shafts.
