29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1):Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:    (a) 94 King St Northampton, MA: On or about February 26, 2013, employees were observed climbing an aluminum extension ladder that was located less than 2 feet from the unguarded, live electrical service entrance cable for this building to gain access to the roof which is not in accordance with this subpart.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    (a) 94 King St Northampton, MA: On or about February 26, 2013, an employee was observed working on this steep roof more than 25 feet above the ground below without any fall protection as required by this subpart:    Roberts Roofing was previously cited for a violation(s) of a similar or equivalent occupational health and safety standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313209553 which became final order on July  1, 2011 with respect to a violation at 56 Holyoke St in Easthampton, MA.      Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
