29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The written hazard communication program did not include a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present, using an identity that was referenced on the appropriate material safety data sheet:     a) Maintenance shop: On February 20, 2013, and times prior thereto, employees were working in an environment where no list of chemicals in use like gas, brake fluid, starting fluid, and Fusee backfire torches being used was available.     Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item.       The U.S. Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 98860, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 3, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at the Boise National Forest Garden Valley Work Center.   The U.S. Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 309969889, citation number 2, item number 13 and was affirmed as a final order on October 23, 2008, with respect to a workplace located on the Salmon-Challis National Forest, Challis/Middle Fork Ranger Districts.   The U.S. Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 309972214, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 5, 2007, with respect to a workplace located at the Clearwater National Forest.

The U.S. Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 98860, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 2, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at Boise NF, Garden Valley Work Center.
