Flexible cords shall be connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided which will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. 4100 Cameron Street, Lafayette, LA: On or about February 26, 2013, the employer did not ensure that the cable harness connected to the control box on a scissor lift had adequate strain relief.
