29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):   Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  On the electrical distribution panel on the Southwest corner on the outside of the Soybean Flat Storage: the employer failed to provide strain relief to a 220v flexible cord used to power the "shaker". The cord was damaged in that the outer insulating jacket was pulled down from the plug end of the cord approximately 3" to 4" inches exposing the inner conductors.
