29 CFR 1910.213(h)(3):     Radial saw(s) were not provided with an adjustable stop to prevent the forward travel of the blade beyond the position necessary to complete the cut in repetitive operations:    The employer is failing to protect employees from laceration and amputation hazards by not properly ensuring the equipment is properly adjusted.  This is evidenced by the head of the saw extending past the edge of the table allowing employees the potential of contacting the lower portion of the blade.

29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2):     Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident:    The employer is failing to ensure that circuit breaker panel boxes are properly labeled for each circuit breaker in the box identifying that switch with the appropriate piece of equipment it serves.  Multiple panel boxes throughout the facility were not labeled as to what equipment in which they were dedicated.

Employees working near or on the circuit breaker panel box in this area are exposed to live parts due missing breakers creating openings in this box.
