29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas shall be posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazard. Near 22503 N. H.W. 281, San Antonio, Tx. 78258, on or about March 13, 2013, the employer did not use control signs or devices exposing an employee to struck-by hazards from oncoming traffic while the employee was at the corner of a 45 MPH zone two-lane one-way roadway as vehicles passed and turned into the lane in which the employee was installing concrete forms.
