29 CFR 1910.303(b)(8)(i): Electrical equipment was not firmly secured to the surface on which it was mounted.    a) Machine Area / Northside: A 4 X 2 metal receptacle box that was powering a Buffalo No. 15 Drill, was not firmly secured to a surface, on or about 3/18/13.    b) Machine Area / Southend: A 4 X 2 metal receptacle box that was powering a Black Diamond Drill, was not firmly secured to a surface, on or about 3/18/13.    NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
