(a) Jobsite located at Brandywine Senior Living, 311 Route 73, Voorhees, NJ: Frequent and regular inspection of the jobsite were not conducted to ensure employees wre not exposed to fall hazards, occurred on or about 3/5/13.    NOTE:  THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.502(b)(1): The top edge height of the top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, was not 42 inches (1.1 m) plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm) above the walking/working level:Note:  When employees are using stilts, the top edge height of the top rail, or equivalent member, shall be increased an amount equal to the height of the stilts.    (a) Jobsite located at Brandywine Senior Living, 311 Route 73, Voorhees, NJ: The guard rail systems installed on the second floor were not adjusted to the proper height; wire rope used as top rail sagged below 39", occurred on or about 3/5/13.    NOTE:  THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.

NOTE:  THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
