29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification. a) Wooden table adjacent to column 4-E, Price Chopper Store #236, 4551 Milford Road, East Stroudsburg, PA: A metal multi-receptacle electrical box attached to an energized flexible cord was unsecured and being used for a purpose for which it was not designed, an extension cord assembly. Employees were exposed to contact with electrical current, on or about March 21, 2013. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2)(i) and (ii), abatement certification is not required for this violation. Abatement was observed during the inspection.
