29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating  at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):   The employer is failing to protect employees from potential electrical hazards associated with unsecured electrical panel cover leaving exposed live wiring.  This was most recently evident during the inspection of the facility located at 502 Claude Rd. Grand Island, NE 68803, where the employer has employees accessing the electrical panel box as means of disconnecting power to overhead lighting as well as the loading dock doors while the cover to the box is missing screws necessary to secure the cover flush thus leaving a one inch gap whereby an employee could be exposed to 220 volt live wiring in the event they were to be handling any type of hand tools or cleaning utensils in close proximity to the panel box.
