29 CFR 1910.305(f)(2): The conductor insulation shall be of a type that is approved for the voltage, operating temperature, and location of use: (a) Facility, Main Roof: On or about February 1, 2013, two employees were working on the roof and there was romex type wiring running between two sets of ventilation fans (F-2, F-3 and F-4 and F-5). There was also about 8 feet of romex wiring that was running between ventilation fans F-2 and F-3 that was laying in approximately 3 inches of water.
